Roles and Responsibilities:

Make daily calls to potential and targeted clients.

Present products or services in a professional and persuasive manner.

Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.

Follow up with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction.

Document all calls and notes using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Achieve the monthly targets set by management.
Qualifications and Requirements:

High school diploma minimum; university degree preferred.

Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferably in software telesales).

Excellent communication and listening skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Proficiency in computer use, office applications, and CRM systems—especially Odoo.

Politeness and professionalism in dealing with clients.
