Responsibilities

Make daily calls to potential and targeted clients

Present products or services in a professional and persuasive manner

Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions

Follow up with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction
- Negotiate and contract
- Achieve monthly sales objectives
- Master demos of our software
- Qualify the customer needs

Document all calls and notes using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Must Have

High school diploma minimum; university degree preferred

Excellent communication and listening skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Highly creative and autonomous

Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferably in software telesales)
- Passion for software products
- Proficiency in computer use, office applications, and CRM systems—especially Odoo

Politeness and professionalism in dealing with clients

- Experience in writing online content
