Job Overview:


The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company's business growth by identifying new opportunities, fostering client relationships, and aligning our innovative digital solutions with client needs. This role requires a strong understanding of business development, software development, and the technology landscape, as well as the ability to navigate the challenges of today’s competitive market.



Key Responsibilities


* Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products, including software development, ERP solutions, data analytics, and AI technologies.

* Seek out new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients and presenting our value propositions.

* Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning our solutions to meet their needs.

* Work with technical and product teams to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into project deliverables.

* perform technical presentations, product demonstrations, and discussions to showcase how our solutions address client challenges.

* Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and services.



Qualifications


* Minimum of 7+ years in business development, sales, or related roles within the software development or IT services industry.

* Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets in a competitive environment.

* Strong understanding of software development, ERP systems, data analytics, and emerging technologies.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly and compellingly.

* Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.

* Knowledge of software development and delivery processes, as well as basic software engineering principles.

* Experience building and delivering RFP responses in both Arabic and English.

* Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

* Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and deliver tailored solutions to client needs.
