Tele-sales Representative

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Make daily calls to potential and targeted clients.
  • Present products or services in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Follow up with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Document all calls and notes using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Achieve the monthly targets set by management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma minimum; university degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferably in software telesales).
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in computer use, office applications, and CRM systems—especially Odoo.
  • Politeness and professionalism in dealing with clients.
